Skills

During my work, I come into contact with many interesting technologies. Additionally, I have a personal interest in keeping my knowledge up to date and expanding it. Here is a list of technologies that I'm familiar with:

Constant Growth

Change is constant. Especially in web development, technology never stands still. If that intimidated me, I'd be in the wrong profession. But the opposite is true: I find change exciting. It keeps my work dynamic and gives me the opportunity to constantly learn something new.

That's why continuous learning isn't just a goal for me — it's a mindset. I know that my knowledge portfolio is only as good as the effort I put into maintaining it. But I don't just want to "keep up." I want to actively expand my knowledge, refine my skills, and add new tools to my toolbox.

This led me to the word Kaizen — a Japanese concept that describes continuous improvement through small, incremental changes. It applies to individuals too: working every day to refine existing skills and integrate new tools into your repertoire.

That's why I make a conscious effort to invest time every day in different ways to gain diverse input. I listen to development-focused podcasts, follow well-known developers on social media, read timeless books on IT, software development, and project management, explore new technologies, or experiment with them in hobby projects.
